Over the course of 5 weeks you will learn how to massage your infant in a nurturing environment, strengthening your bond and your infants attachment with you. You will learn techniques to relieve colic, gas, congestion, teething and improve coordination and flexibility, as well as theory and history behind infant massage and the benefits for both you and your baby.

 

Our sessions include plenty of time for meeting and socialising with other parents, and we always leave time for a nice warm cup of tea/coffee and a sweet treat at the end!

 

This class is suitable for babies from birth up to age 1. All classes include refreshments weekly, as well as a 'graduation' gift for your baby at the end of the course.
